After several years as a member of a Florida litigation firm, Mr. Ittleman resolved to found a solo practice that would allow him to provide the most powerful representation possible to his clients. The Law Offices of Geoffrey D. Ittleman, P.A., founded in 2004, is a diverse practice representing individuals, businesses, corporations, and government agencies in a wide variety of legal matters. We practice in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and throughout South Florida, primarily in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties.
Our firm's clients include real estate brokers, homebuyers, and sellers involved in real estate litigation; property owners, developers, and contractors involved in construction law disputes; companies requiring assistance with commercial collections; and parties to other civil litigation.
Geoffrey Ittleman handles both simple contract disputes and complex litigation. He has obtained a number of recoveries for clients in real estate disputes, commercial litigation and professional malpractice, and has published decisions in several cases. He also represents a limited number of insurance companies and workers’ compensation claims.
